食管癌根治术后患者主观幸福感及影响因素分析
Subjective Well-being and Its Influence Factors of Patients after Radical Resection of Esophageal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the subjective well-being (SWB) and its influence factors of patients after radical resection of esophageal cancer. Methods The general information questionnaire, Herth Hope Index(HHI), Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) and General Well-Being Schedule (GWB) were used to investigate the SWB of 221 patients after radical resection of esophageal cancer. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between patients' hope level, coping style and subjective well-being. Variables with statistical significance in single factor analysis were introduced into regression model for stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results The SWB score of the patients was 74.09±7.04. The stepwise multiple regression analysis demonstrated that the patients' hope level, resignation dimension and age were significant influence factors of SWB (P＜0.05), which could explain 46.4%of the variance. Conclusion The level of SWB in patients after radical resection of esophageal cancer is not high. Medical staff should take measures to stimulate the level of hope and help the patients face their own disease positively to enhance their SWB and particularly pay more attention to the young patients after radical resection of esophageal cancer.关键词
