Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of self-made smoke removal device on reducing the concentration of chemical substances in surgical smoke, so as to provide evidence for purifying indoor air and reducing the harm of surgical smoke to medical personnel. Methods The self-made smoke removal device was applied to the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and 100 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. In the control group, one pneumoperitoneum tube connected both Trocar valve switch and the probe of the detector. In the experimental group, one pneumoperitoneum tube connected both the Trocar valve switch and the self-made smoke removal device and the detector probe was placed at the end of the exhaust device. The concentrations of CO, CO2, PM2.5 and PM10 in the 2 groups of surgical smog were compared and analyzed. Results The concentration of CO, CO2, PM2.5, PM10 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The self-made smoke removal device can effectively filter the surgical smoke and provide high quality indoor air for the medical staff.关键词
