Abstract
Objective To clarify the duty of anesthesia nurses in the period of anesthesia from the perspective of theory and current clinical practice of anesthesia nursing.Methods Twenty-five experts in clinical anesthesia and nursing administration were selected to participate in a Delphi survey consisting of two rounds.Results Experts' opinions tended to be consistent after two rounds of expert consultation.The positive coefficient of the experts showed the high approval of the study on the duty of anesthesia nurses in the period of anesthesia.Besides,the authoritative coefficient and consent rate for all items illustrated that their views on the topic were relatively focused and the duty clarified was reliable.The duties of anesthesia nurses identified included 3 dimensions in the basic quality,job responsibilities,and professional development ability.Conclusion The determination of the duty of peri-operative anesthesia provides the basis for the standardized job of anesthesiology nurses,and it could be adapted to the current and future development of anesthesia nursing.关键词
