Abstract
Objective To discuss the impact of the new mode of nursing talent management on nurse's professional identity and turnover rate.Methods We established four nursing talents pools(head nurse backup talent pool,specialist nursing talent pool,nursing teaching talent pool and nursing English talent pool).Nurse's professional identity scale and a self-designed general information questionnaire were used to investigate 757 nurses in a third-level first-class hospital in Hefei.The nurses' professional identity and turnover rate before and after the implementation of the new management mode were analyzed.Results 719,721 valid questionnaires were received respectively before and after the nursing talent management.The overall score of professional identity of nurses before and after the implementation of the new management mode was 104.95±17.63 and 108.50±14.64 respectively,which showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The turnover rate was 2.79%and 1.75%respectively before and after the implementation of the new management mode and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new management mode of four nursing talent pools can effectively improve the level of nurse's professional identity,reduce the turnover rate of nurses,and promote the stability of nursing team.关键词
