Development of Nursing Information Data Element in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop standardized nursing information data element of neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)and provide a theoretical basis for forming a standardized nursing information system.Methods NICU nursing records were collected and classified,and information items were extracted to form data elements.Results A total of 136 nursing records were collected from 10 tertiary gnade A hospitals nationwide,15 of which were from our hospital and 101 from others,and 20 of them were screenshots of computers.Totally 213 NICU nursing information data elements were developed.Conclusion The construction of NICU nursing information data elements standardizes the name,type and expression form of the data,so they could be exchanged in different regions,hospitals and systems,which promotes the interoperation between independent information systems and reduces the repeated development of nursing information data.关键词
