全息经络刮痧联合宣肺止嗽汤对风寒恋肺证感染后咳嗽患者的影响
Efficacy of Holographic Meridian Scraping Therapy Combined with Xuanfeizhisou Decoction for Patients with Post-infectious Cough Differentiated as Wind-cold Retention in Lung

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of holographic meridian scraping therapy combined with xuanfeizhisou decoction and xuanfeizhisou decoction for patients with post-infectious cough differentiated as wind-cold retention in the lung.Methods From February to August 2017,Eighty patients with post-infectious cough differentiated as wind-cold retention in the lung in a tertiary grade A hospital were adopted and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group had xuanfeizhisou decoction and those in the observation group received holographic meridian scraping therapy additionally.The score of cough visual analogue scale and Leicester cough questionnaire,induced sputum substance P(ISSP)and SIgA concentration were compared before and 2 weeks after the intervention.Cough relief time and recurrence rate of cough were compared 2 weeks after the intervention.Results There was statistical significance regarding to the score of cough visual analogue scale,the total score of Leicester cough questionnaire,cough relief time and ISSP concentration between the 2 groups 2 weeks after the intervention(P＜0.05)but no statistical significance was found in terms of recurrence rate of cough and SIgA concentration between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Holographic meridian scraping therapy combined with xuanfeizhisou decoction is effective for improving airway neurogenic inflammation,alleviating cough,shortening the cough relief time and thus improving patients' quality of life and its effect is superior to that of xuanfeizhisou decoction.关键词
