Preparation and characterization of Yb3+, Er3+, Tm3+co-doped NaGd(WO4) 2 up-conversion fluorescent powder
摘要
Abstract
Yb3+, Er3+, Tm3+co-doped NaGd( WO4)2 fluorescent powder was synthesized by hydrothermal meth-od and then the up-conversion luminescence properties were obtained by doping Yb3+, Er3+ and Tm3+ rare earth ions. Structures and morphologies of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and high-resolution SEM. The influence of reaction temperatures and rare earth ion ratios on luminescence property were studied by series of experiments. In addition, the conversion nano-luminescent materials on rare earth with warm white light can be obtained under the excitation of 980 nm laser.关键词
