Abstract
This paper aims to obtain the results of correlation research on cobamamide of related substances and pH value. The dependences of related substances of cobamamide on pH of mobile phase by HPLC based on the current pharmacopoeia method have been studied. The content of related substances of cobamamide was the low-est at pH value 2. 9. When deviating from this pH, the content of related substances showed a significant in-creasing trend. The control of pH of mobile phase is the key factor for the analysis of related substances of co-bamamide. The results of this study provide important theoretical basis for the development of the impurity profile control of cobamamide.关键词
