Abstract
Preparation of high chromium nickel metal on 20G substrate using plasma surfacing ( PTA) method. The microstructure, hardness, wear resistance and alkali resistance properties are discussed using scanning elec-tron microscopy ( SEM) , micro-hardness tester, friction and wear tester and electrochemical workstation. The re-sults show that the high chromiumnickel surfacing metal has a good combination with the matrix and there is a stratification of the structure. The microhardness is significantly increased with an average of 600 HV. The aver-age friction coefficient is small, but there is a large fluctuation in the friction curve. The surfacing metal has a low corrosion rate in an alkaline solution and has good corrosion resistance.关键词
