Abstract
Based on the current situation of project management in colleges and universities, the characteristics of the general contracting management model of construction are expounded. A brief analysis is made on the cost of one of the indicators of a project to explore a way to control the project investment by innovating management models, clarifying responsibility rights, and improving the assessment mechanism under the premise of ensuring quality, progress and safety.关键词
