金尾矿基轻质高强陶粒的制备及性能研究
Research on Preparation and Properties of Lightweight High-intensity Ceramsites Based on Gold Tailings

Abstract
A large amount of Shangluo gold tailings were used as main raw material, and a few of potassium feldspars and clays were added to prepare the lightweight high-strength ceramsites.The influence of molding water content, gold tailing content, foaming agent content and sintering temperature on the properties of ceramsites were investigated.The fracture morphology, compressive strength and microstructure of ceramsites were analyzed with optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and servohydraulic fatigue testing machine.Finally, the optimal process parameters were determined.The compression strength of this lightweight high-strength ceramsite is 10.2 MPa.The bulk density is 762 g/cm3, and the water absorption is 2.6%.关键词
