摘要

Abstract

Problems such as microbial breeding,scaling and corrosion are often encountered in circulating cooling water systems.Disinfection and scale prevention are achieved by strong oxidizing substances generated on the anode while scale prevention is achieved by pre-depositing scale ions produced on the cathode.Electrolysis technology can improve the circulating cooling water quality without adding any chemical agents,has the advantages of no pollution and low operating costs and shows a good application prospect.Water processor structure,operating conditions and circulating cooling water quality are the main influence factors of electrolysis technology.Existing problems and solutions of electrolytic circulating cooling water treatment are summarized,and some reasonable suggestions for its future development are brought forward.
