摘要

Abstract

A graphite furnace digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was developed for the determination of 8 metal elements in soil. The method was optimized through the selection of instrument working conditions and digestion conditions, and the elimination of mass interference and matrix interference. The results showed that the detection limit of heavy metals (zinc, nickel, copper, vanadium, chromium, lead, cadmium and manganese) in soil was 0. 002 ~ 0. 59 micron g/g under the established experimental conditions. The precision was 1. 1% ~ 8. 7% and the recovery rate was 95. 0% ~ 105%.This method can eliminate the strong interference, has low detection limit, good precision, high accuracy and the reagent dosage is small, it is suitable for the analysis of large quantities of soil samples.
