膀胱尿路上皮癌微环境中CD4 +CD25 +Treg细胞的分布及其临床意义研究
Distribution and Clinical Significance of CD4 +CD25 +Treg Cells in Microenvironment of Urothelial Carcinoma of Urinary Bladder

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells and clinicopathology in the micro-environment of bladder urothelial carcinoma,and to explore its predictor value in the recurrence and prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods The distribution of CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells in 50 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue and 20 cases of normal bladder tissue were tested by Elivision method,and the relationship between the CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells distribution in the microenvironment of bladder urothelial carcinoma and clinicopathology were analyzed. Results CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells were found in the microenvironment of bladder urothelial carcinoma and were not distributed in normal bladder tissues. The distribution of CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells in the microenvironment of bladder urothelial carcinoma was significantly positively correlated with the pathological grading(r=0. 917),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0. 05). There was significant positive correlation with lymph node metastasis(r=0. 723),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0. 05). There was a significant positive correlation with the progression recurrence(r=0. 670),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0. 05). The distribution of CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells in the microenvironment of bladder urothelial carcinoma was not statistically significant with the age,sex,tumor size or tumor number( P＞0. 05). Conclusion The distribution of CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells in the microenvironment of bladder urothelial carcinoma was significantly positively correlated with pathological grading,lymph node metastasis and progression recur-rence. The increase of CD4 +CD25 +Treg cell distribution in the microenvironment of bladder urothelial carcinoma is closely related to the tumor progression and prognosis,so CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells may promote the development of bladder urothelial carcinoma. CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells may be a potentially important indicator to determine the recurrence and prognosis of bladder urothelial car-cinoma.关键词
