摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 128-slice dual-source spiral CT(128-slice DSCT) coronary angiography in coronary artery stenosis. Methods 164 patients with suspected coronary artery stenosis received in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. After primary diagnosis,128-slice DSCT coronary angiography was performed at first and coronary angiography( CAG) was performed after 14d. Results The sensitivity and specificity of 128-slice DSCT in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis were both higher than 60%. Simultaneously,the positive predictive value and neg-ative predictive value were both higher than 80%. The difference of measured cardiac function parameters between 128-slice DSCT and CAG was statistically significant(P＜0. 05). Conclusion 128-slice DSCT has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis,which is helpful to evaluate cardiac function.关键词
