摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of basic insulin clinical standardized use optimization management project on diabetes mellitus patientsundefined blood glucose management. Methods 518 patients with diabetes mellitus who participated in the basic Insulin Clinical standardized use Optimization Management Project in our hospital were followed up for three months with the PAD software provided by the program. At the same time,they were instructed to carry out dialectical nursing care of their own TCM. Results After follow-up,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients were significantly lower than those before fol-low-up;The remission rate of the patients after follow-up was 87. 5%;The number of unhealthy lifestyle after follow-up was signifi-cantly lower than that before follow-up(P＜0. 05);The score of diabetes knowledge after follow-up was significantly higher than that before follow-up(P＜0. 05). Conclusion To participate in the basic insulin clinical standardized use optimization management pro-ject can strengthen the blood sugar control effect of patients and reduce the poor living habits of patients.关键词
