Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of perinatal intensive nursing measures to reduce maternal complica-tions,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life. Methods A total of 180 women with pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected as the study subjects. From March 2014 to August 2016,the patients were divided into intensive group(intensive care)ac-cording to the perioperative nursing method. The routine group(routine nursing measures)90 cases,compared the two groups of ma-ternal complications,mode of delivery,postpartum 3d quality of life and care satisfaction. Results The rate of cesarean section in the intensive group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0. 05). The rate of postpartum hemorrhage and eclampsia in the intensive group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0. 05). The group's physical function,function, pain,vitality,affective role,mental health,social function and SF-36 score were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0. 05). The scores of timely and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion Perinatal intensive care measures for the reduction of maternal complications of pregnancy,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life is of great significance.关键词
