河南省2010～2013年恶性肿瘤发病与死亡分析
Incidence and Mortality of Cancer in Henan Province from 2010 to 2013

Abstract
Objective: To describe the incidence and mortality of cancer registered in Henan province from 2010 to 2013. Methods: The statistics of incidence and mortality of cancer were reported from 18 cancer registries in Henan province.The crude rate, age-standardized rate, cumulative rate (0 ～ 74 years old), age-specific rate of incidence/mortality as well as the constitution of top 10 common cancers were then calculated and analyzed. Results: There were 142 957 new incidence cases, 93 355 death cases and 57 869 361 population in registries in Henan province from 2010 to 2013. The crude incidence was 247. 03//100 000, age-standardized incidence rates (ASIR) by Chinese standard population was 209. 29/ 100 000 and ASR by world was 207. 65/100 000, with the cumulative incidence rate (0 ～ 74 age years old) as 24. 35％.The crude mortality was 161. 32/100 000, age-standardized mortality rates by Chinese standard population (ASMRC) and by world standard population (ASMRW) were 133. 88/100 000 and 133. 85/100 000 with the cumulative mortality rate (0～ 74 age years old) as 15. 31％. The cancer incidence and mortality were lower in urban areas than those in rural areas.Lung cancer, stomach cancer, esophagus cancer, liver cancer and female breast cancer were the most common cancers, accounted for 69. 07％ of all cancer cases. Lung cancer, stomach cancer, esophagus cancer, liver cancer and colorectal cancer, the top 5 major causes of cancer death, accounted for 77. 82％ of all cancer deaths. Conclusion: The most common cancers in Henan province were lung cancer, digestive cancer and female breast cancer. The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer and stomach cancer in Henan province were much higher than that in China.关键词
