应用定量蛋白质组学对谷子干旱响应蛋白的研究
Studies on Drought-Responsive Proteins of Foxtail Millet by Applying Quantitative Proteomic

Abstract
Foxtail millet is the traditional dominant crop in China. It has many outstanding advantages including drought resistance, poor soil tolerance, high photosynthetic efficiency, small genome and short growth period. The international field of genetics has paid more attention to it. It has been rapidly developed as the new candidate mode crop to study functional genomes. But there were less studies on the drought response of foxtail millet from protein level analysis at present. In the study, the drought response proteins of foxtail mille were screened and indentified by TMT technology. The results found that differential proteins in drought response of foxtail mille mainly participated in related metabolic pathways including stress response, carbon metabolism, photosynthesis and protein synthesis. This study was of great significance to deeply analyzing drought resistance mechanism and breeding new varieties of foxtail millet with drought and adversity resistance.关键词
