一株拮抗放线菌菌株的筛选与鉴定
Screening and Identification of One Antagonistic Actinomycetes Strain
摘要
Abstract
Actinomycetes with strong antagonistic activity against Rhizoctonia cerealis and Bipolaris sorokiniana were screened out from wheat and apple rhizosphere soil by plate confrontation method and grey correlation degree analysis. They were identified according to the colony morphology and culture characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence. The results showed that the FX-H-51 strain had significant antibacterial effect and better tolerance to the unfavorable growth environment. The morphological and molecular identification results indicated that the FX-H-51 strain was to Streptomyces spectabilis.关键词
