23种马缨丹精油成分对玉米象的毒杀作用
Toxic Effects of 23 Constituents from Lantana camara Essential Oil against Sitophilus zeamais
摘要
Abstract
To clarify the toxic activities against Sitophilus zeamais, 23 constituents from Lantana camara essential oil were identified in lab by filter paper film method. The results showed that after treated for 72 hours, the 22, 16, 8 and 4 constituents had obvious toxic effects against adult Sitophilus zeamais at the doses of 3. 5, 1. 4, 0. 7 and 0. 35 mg /cm2, respectively, and the corrected mortalities were 100％. Among them, the corrected mortalities of geraniol, terpinen-4-ol, (±)-camphor and p-cymene reached 100％ at the dose of 0. 35 mg /cm2 after 72 hours, which had the further research values.关键词
