摘要

Abstract

Fatty acid desaturase (FAD)is a key enzyme in the synthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, which plays an important role in maintenance of various life activities of plants and in response to biotic and abiotic stresses.In this study,the peanut FAD (AhFAD)gene family were identified and conducted bioinfor-matics analysis in genome-wide range,and the expression pattern and alternative splicing forms of AhFADs were analyzed using peanut transcriptome data.The results showed that there were 3 1 AhFAD genes in peanut genome,which could be divided into 6 subfamilies.There were 12 members in AhSAD subfamily,6 members in AhFAD2 subfamily,4 members in AhFAD3 subfamily,3 members in AhFAD4/5 subfamily,2 members in AhFAD6 subfamily and 4 members in AhFAD7/8 subfamily.Clustering analysis showed that there were two major branches of AhFAD:free and membrane -binding AhFAD branch.In membrane -binding AhFAD branch,the origin of AhFAD4/5 was the earliest,the ω-3 AhFAD was evolved from ω-6 AhFAD,and the mono-dicotyledonous AhFAD was clustered in different branches.The expression levels of AhSAD,AhFAD2 and AhFAD3 in seeds were higher,while AhFAD4/5,AhFAD6 and AhFAD7/8 had the highest expression in leaves.The analysis of alternative splicing showed that there were significant differences in alternative splicing forms among the subfamilies of AhFAD,of which,12 AhFAD genes had alternative splicing isoforms.TTS and TSS were the most frequent alternative splicing events,followed by IR,and the fewest ones were AE and ES.
