摘要

Abstract

As a specific transcription factor in plants,DREB1 (dehydration responsive element binding protein)plays an important role in regulating the expression of stress-induced related genes and involves in the response and adaptation of plants to salt stress.In this study,T2transgenic peanut plants of AhDREB1 and its receptor Fenghua 2 (control)were used as the materials.The seedlings were conducted salt stress treat-ment with 1% NaCl,and the changes of phenotype and gene expression before and after stress treatment were analyzed.The physiological indexes such as activities of SOD and POD,contents of soluble protein and MDA were measured.The results showed that under salt stress,the green degree and root growth of transgenic plants were better than those of control.The expression level of DREB1 in transgenic plants increased and the re-sponse to salt stress was faster than that of control.The activities of SOD and POD and the content of soluble protein of transgenic plants were higher than those of control,and the content of MDA was lower.These results indicated that overexpression of AhDREB1 could enhance the salt tolerance of transgenic peanut plants.Four transgenic plants with better salt tolerance were screened,namely D254,D380,D385 and D448.
