敏咳汤对实验性哮喘豚鼠炎性细胞、炎性介质和细胞因子影响实验研究
Experimental study on effect of Minke decoction on inflammatory cells , inflammatory mediators and cytokines in experimental asthmatic guinea pigs

Abstract
Objective :to explore the effects of Minke decoction on inflammatory cells (ECP) ,inflammatory mediators (NO) and cytokines in bronchial asthma guinea pigs .Methods :selected 50 young male guinea pigs of clean grade closed group and divided them into 5 groups (asthma model group ,large dose group of traditional Chinese medicine ,small dose group of traditional Chinese medicine ,control group of dexamethasone and normal control group) .Protein modeling .The ovalbumin moulding method was used .Experimental content :Effect of Minke de-coction on inflammatory cells (ECP) ,inflammatory mediators (IL-2 ,IL-3 ,IL-4 ,IL-13) and NO in asthmatic guinea pigs .Results :Minke decoction can reduce the content of NO ,ECP ,IL-3 and IL-13 in serum ,and decrease the content of IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ,as well as increase the content of IL-2 in serum .Conclusions :Minke decoction blocks asthma from many aspects of asthma :① Min cough soup can shorten the duration of symp-toms of asthma .② Minke decoction can increase the content of IL-2 and restore the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokine immune response to reduce the occurrence of asthma .③ Minke decoction can decrease the content of IL 4 and IL-13 and the synthesis of LgE cytokines to block the occurrence of asthma .④ Minke decoction can decrease the content of IL-3 by attenuating basophil ,mast cell and eosinophi proliferation ability and activity in the incidence of bronchial asthma .⑤ Minke Decoction can decrease the content of N0 to reduce airway inflammation .The mechanism is that NO can block eosinophil apoptosis and indirectly aggravate or promote eosinophil inflammatory response .Mean-while ,NO ,as a messenger ,can respectively inhibit and promote the activation of TH1 and TH2 cells ,resulting in the excessive production of inflammatory activating factor IL-4 to increase airway inflammation .⑥ Minke decoction can decrease the content of ECP to reduce the onset of seasonal asthma (such as the induction by pollen) through re-ducing the airway inflammation .关键词
