摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effects of oxytocin and Leonurus injection for prevention of postpar-tum hemorrhage and the effect of promoting uterine involution .Methods :304 cases randomly divided into control group and study group ,152 cases in each group .In the control group ,only the oxytocin was used and the study group used oxytocin combined with Leonurus injection .Comparison of two groups of contraction duration ,duration of lo-chia ,postpartum 2 h and 24 h when the amount of bleeding ,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage ,uterine involu-tion (fundus height) and adverse drug reaction conditions .Results :The uterine contraction duration of study group was higher than the control group (P＜0 .05) ,the duration of lochia was lower than the control group (P＜0 .05) . The amount of bleeding after postpartum 2h and 24h in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0 .05) .The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was 0%,which was lower than that of the control group 3 .95%(P＜0 .05) .At the time of postpartum 3d and 5d ,the height of the uterus in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0 .05) .The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1 . 97%,which was lower than that of the control group 7 .24%(P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Oxytocin and Leonurus injection on postpartum hemorrhage has significant preventive effect ,and further accelerate the involution of uterus speed .关键词
