补肾活血方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床研究
Clinical study of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with syndrome Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective :To study the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoctioncombined with syndrome Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome .Methods :60 cases of patients with polycystic ovary were randomly selected ,these patients were divided into Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Diane-35 treatment group (com-bined treatment group ,n= 30) and individual Diane-35 treatment group (individual treatment group ,n= 30) two groups according to the treatment methods ,the serum LH ,T levels ,clinical efficacy ,occurrences of adverse reac-tions of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed .Results :After treatment combined with the individual treatment group ,the serum LH and T levels of the combined treatment group of patients were significantly lower (P＜0 .05) ,but the differences of serum LH ,T levels before treatment between the two groups of patients were not significant (P＞0 .05) ;Compared with before treatment ,the serum LH ,T levels after treatment of the two groups of patients were significantly lower (P＜0 .05) .The total treatment effective rate of the combined treatment group of patients 86 .7%(26/30) was significantly higher than the individual treatment group 66 .7%(20/30) (P＜0 .05) . The difference of incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients 13 .3%(4/30) ,13 .3%(4/30) was not significant (P＞0 .05) .Conclusion :The clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is better than Diane-35 treatment alone ,so is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical .关键词
