双黄连联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体的效果及对患者免疫功能、炎症反应的影响
Effect of Shuanghuanglian combined with AZM in treatment of children with MP and its influence on immune function and inflammatory reaction

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effect of shuanghuanglian combined with azithromycin (AZM ) on immune function and inflammation in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) .Methods :140 children with MP were collected ,and the combined group was treated with Shuanghuanglian combined with AZM ,while the control group only took AZM basic treatment measures ,The two groups of 70 cases ;treatment of two courses of clinical ef-ficacy comparison .Results :The cough ,fever ,and the disappearance of pulmonary rales in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜0 .05) .Before treatment ,the serum MCP-4 ,MDC ,IL-6 ,IL-8 ,IL-10 ,TNF-α ,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+levels of the two groups were not significantly different (P＞0 .05) ;After treat-ment ,serum MCP-4 ,and group MDC ,IL-6 ,IL-8 ,IL-10 ,TNF-α ,CD8+level was significantly lower than that of con-trol group (P＜0 .05) ,CD3+,CD4+levels higher than the control group (P＜0 .05) ;After treatment ,the serum lev-els of MCP-4 ,MDC ,IL-6 ,IL-8 ,IL-10 ,TNF-alpha and CD8+in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment (P＜0 .05) ,and CD3+and CD4+in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0 .05) ;After treatment ,the combination group were cured in 62 .86%,effective in 28 .57%, improved in 8 .57%,the control group was 44 .29%,effective in 32 .86%,improved in 21 .43%,with significant differences between the two groups (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Shuanghuanglian combined with AZM for treatment of children with MP better ,inflammatory reaction can be controlled in children ,improve the immune function .关键词
