丹参注射液联合西医常规治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎反复发作疗效研究
The clinical effect of Danshen injection combined with conventional western medicine treatmenton children with recurrences of asthmatic bronchitis

Abstract
Objective :To study the therapeutic effect of Danshen injection combined with conventional therapy on children with recurrent asthmatic bronchitis .Methods :164 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided intothe observational group and the control group .The control group was given conventional therapy while the observational group was given conventional therapy combined with Danshen injection .The therapeutic effect were observed in two groups .Results :The fever time ,length of hospital stay ,the wheezing remission time ,the pulmonary rale extinction time ,FeNO ,IL-6 ,IL-8 and TNF-α of the observational group after treatment were obviously decreased compared with those in the control group 66 (80 .49%) cases of children were treated effectively in the control group while 77 (93 .90%) cases of children were treated effectively in the ob-servational group ,the rate of effective treatment was obviously higher of observational group than control group , there were statistically different of two groups (P＜0 .05) .There were not adverse reaction occurred of two groups . Conclusion :Danshen injection combined with conventional therapy can obviously downregulate the fever time ,length of hospital stay ,the wheezing remission time ,the pulmonary rale extinction time ,the FeNO content ,the inflammato-ry factors ,improve the treatment efficiency and the life quality of children ,reduce the economic burden for patients ,it is deserved of clinical utilizing .关键词
