Abstract
Objective :To explore the effect of Xanthium rhinitis dripping pills combined with Montelukast in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children .Methods :140 children with allergic rhinitis were enrolled in this study . According to the random number table method ,the control group and the observation group were divided into control group and observation group ,each group of 70 patients .The patients in the control group were treated with monte-lukast sodium orally .The observation group on the basis of the control group with Xanthium rhinitis dripping pills ,6 weeks for a course of treatment ,taking two consecutive courses .Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients ,changes of symptoms and inflammatory factors IL-10 and immunoglobulin IgE levels before and after Treat-ment .Results :After treatment ,the total effective rate of the two groups was increased ,and the total effective rate (55 .71% and 77 .14%) in the control group was lower than that in the observation group (82 .86%,94 .29%) ,(P＜0 .05) .After treatment ,the symptoms of nasal congestion ,nasal itching ,sneezing and nasal flow were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0 .05) ;And IL-10 levels in the two groups were significantly in-creased ,IgE levels were significantly reduced ,IL-10 (12 .37 ± 2 .75) ng /L in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (4 .96 ± 1 .28) ng /L ,and the IgE (18 .92 ± 2 .36) ng /L in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (31 .41 ± 4 .32) ng /L(P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Xanthium rhinitis dripping pills combined with montelukast can significantly improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children ,improve the clini-cal efficacy of children ,has a certain clinical application value .关键词
