双黄连口服液结合康复新液治疗儿童口腔溃疡临床研究
The effect of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin fluid in treating children's oral ulcer

Abstract
Objective :to explore the effect of shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin fluid on o-ral ulcer in children .Methods :for treatment of oral ulcer 60 patients as the research object ,according to hospital successively implementation group ,control group ,30 cases for pure kangfuxin liquid treatment ;Observation group , 30 cases in the control group on the basis of treatment with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid ,on two groups of patients before and after treatment of leukocyte count ,lymphocyte ratio ,pain score (VAS) ,symptom improvement and evalu-ate the clinical treatment .Results :the number of white blood cell count and lymphocyte ratio improved significantly after treatment in the observation group ,which was significantly better than the control group (P＜0 .05) ,which was statistically significant .In the observation group ,after treatment ,the time of febrile fever and the healing time of ul-cer were shorter than that of the control group ,and the VAS score was lower than the control group (P＜0 .05) ,and there was statistical significance .After treatment ,28 patients showed effective ,93 .33%,significantly higher than 70 .00% in the control group ,with a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0 .05) ,and statistically sig-nificant .The observation group was followed up for 3 months with only 1 recurrence ,accounting for 3 .33%,com-pared with 26 .67% in the control group (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kang-fuxin fluid to treat oral ulcer in children can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms ,alleviate pain ,low recur-rence rate and remarkable effect ,and it is worth popularizing and applying .关键词
