摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the curative effect of Mahuang decoction for treating acute respiratory infection com-plicated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome .Methods :110 patients with acute respiratory infection complicated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome were retrospectively analyzed .They were randomly divided into observation group and control group 55 patients in each group .The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treat-ment .The observation group was treated with Mahuang Decoction on the basis of the control group .After one course of continuous treatment ,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed .Results :The total efficiency of the obser-vation group 100% was significantly higher than the control group 85 .45%,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ;The observation group clinical onset time ,recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group ,the recur-rence rate was significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ;the clinical symptoms of the 2 groups after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (fever ,headache ,sore throat ,cough) was sig-nificantly reduced ,compared with before treatment (P＜0 .05) ,the observation group TCM clinical symptom score decreased significantly than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ;after treatment ,2 groups of white blood cell (WBC) ,C-reactive protein (CRP) were significantly decreased ,compared with before treatment (P＜0 .05) ,the observation group WBC ,CRP decreased significantly than the control group ,there was statistical significance the difference (P＜0 .05) ;the 2 groups after treatment of cytokines IL-6 ,IL-8 significantly decreased ,compared with before treatment (P＜0 .05) ,The observation group were lower than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 . 05) ;during the treatment and observation group ,two patients had no serious adverse reactions ,no significant difference (P＞0 .05) .Conclusion :Mahuang decoction for the treatment of acute respiratory infection complicated by systemic inflamma-tory response syndrome curative effect can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and promote inflammation subsided .关键词
