天智颗粒、针灸联合康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者FMA、MBI、SS-QOL评分的影响
Research on the influence of FMA ,MBI and SS-QOL scores for treating poststroke hemiplegia patients with Tianzhi particles ,acupuncture combined rehabilitation training

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the influence of FMA ,MBI and SS-QOL scores for treating poststroke hemiplegia patients with Tianzhi particles ,acupuncture combined rehabilitation training .Methods :132 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 66 cases and an observation group of 66cases .Patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation training ;while patients in the observation group were treated with Tianzhi particles and acupuncture .The research was aimed at comparing the effect of two groups of treatment ,observing the patient's quality of life (SS-QOL) ,daily life ability (MBI) ,limb motor function (FMA) score ,and monitoring the serum levels of glycine (Gly) and blood-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels .Results :The effective rate of the control group was 78 .8%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group 90 .9%(P＜0 .05) .The SS-QOL ,MBI and FMA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P＜0 .05) .The expression of Gly and GABA in the observation group was significantly increased (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Tianzhi particles ,acu-puncture combined rehabilitation training is good to improve the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke ,improve the ability of daily life and limb movement function .The mechanism is associated with increased in-hibitory neurotransmitter Gly and GABA to relieve muscle spasm .关键词
