养心定志汤辅助康复训练治疗冠心病疗效研究OACSTPCD
Effect of Yangxin Dingzhi decoction assisted rehabilitation training on patients with coronary heart disease
目的:研究养心定志汤辅助康复训练对冠心病患者的治疗效果.方法:将99例冠心病患者随机分成两组,对照组进行常规的治疗干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用养心定志汤辅助康复训练治疗,比较两组治疗的临床疗效,以及对日常生活能力等的影响.结果:观察组治疗后的临床总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后,观察组的6min步行试验结果、M M SE评分明显高于对照组, ADL评分、心绞痛发作次数明显少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0 .05).结论:养心定志汤辅助康复…查看全部>>
