养心定志汤辅助康复训练治疗冠心病疗效研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the effect of Yangxin Dingzhi decoction assisted rehabilitation training on pa-tients with coronary heart disease .Methods :99 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups .Patients in the control group were used routine treatment and nursing intervention ,while patients in the the observation group on the basis of the control group were used Yangxin Dingzhi decoction assisted rehabilitation train-ing .The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared ,as well as the impact on daily living ability and so on . Results :After treatment ,6min walk test results ,MMSE score for patients in the the observation group were signifi-cantly higher than the control group ,ADL score ,the number of angina attacks was significantly less than the control group .The difference were all significant (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Yangxin Dingzhi decoction auxiliary rehabilitation training promote the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease ,improve their quality of life and improve the therapeutic effect .关键词
