参附注射液辅助冠脉搭桥治疗冠心病疗效及对患者心脏收缩功能影响
Effect of Shenfu injection on coronary systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection on coronary systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease .Methods :coronary artery bypass grafting was performed in 108 patients with coronary heart disease .According to the odd-even method ,the patients were divided into observation group and control group (54 cases each) .The patients in the two groups received the same coronary artery bypass grafting .The patients in the observation group were given Shenfu injection ,while the control group were given the same amount of glucose in-jection (or 0 .9% sodium chloride injection) for 7 days for two courses .The systolic function ,myocardial injury markers ,BNP level and the cardiovascular events at 60 days after operation were observed before and 7 days after op-eration and 14 days after operation .Results :The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ,right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF) and cardiac index (CI) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension at 7 days and 14 days after operation LVESD ,LVESD and LVSP were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0 .05) .Serum levels of cTnI ,CK-MB and BNP were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0 .05) .After 60 days of follow-up ,the incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was 3 .70%,which was lower than that in the control group (18 . 52%) ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0 .05) .Conclusion :Shenfu injection-assisted coronary artery bypass graft treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly enhance postoperative cardiac contractility and re-duce postoperative complications and mortality ,worthy of clinical promotion and use .关键词
