Effect of Tongmai Zhuyu decoction combined with aspirin on acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease combined with systemic inflammatory response syndrome and its effects on plasma D-dimer ,IL-6 and BNP

Abstract
Objective :To explore the effect of Tongmai Zhuyu decoction combined with aspirin in the treat-ment of acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease combined with systemic inflammatory response syndrome ,and to explore the effect on the plasma levels of D-dimer ,IL-6 and BNP .Methods :68 patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease combined with systemic inflammatory response syndrome were randomly divided into two groups ,34 cases in each group .To accept conventional basic treatment for the control group ,to accept conventional basic treatment combined with Tongmai Zhuyu decoction and aspirin for the treatment group . Results : After 2 weeks treatment ,the level of PaO2in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0 .05) ,and the levels of PaO2,D-dimer ,IL-6 and BNP were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0 .05) .Meanwhile ,the total effective rate in the treatment group (91 .18%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (79 .41%) (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Tongmai Zhuyu decoction combined with aspirin can improve the clinical effect of patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease combined with systemic inflammato-ry response syndrome .关键词
