摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the influence of expectoration and symptoms remission time in wind went type upper respiratory infection(URI) with Tanreqing injection .Methods :50 cases of wind went type URI were ran-domly divided into observation group(25 cases) and control group(25 cases) .The observation group were treated by Tanreqing injection and the control group were treated by ribavirin .The clinical effect were observed .Results :The Chinese medicine certificate waits curative effect of observation group was higher than control group (P＜0 .05) ;The primary symptom and minor symptom score ,abatement of fever time ,cough disappeared time ,sore throat disappear time for observation group were lower than the control group (P＜0 .05) ;There were no significant difference on the first day antifebrile rate between the two groups (P＞0 .05) ;The level of CD4+CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+for observa-tion group were better than the control group(P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :It has significant efficacy in wind went type URI with Tanreqing injection .It can improve the symptoms and signs ,immune indice and abatement of fever time . It worth of clinical recommendations .关键词
