清浊安中汤治疗肝胃郁热型消化性溃疡疗效研究
Qingzhuo Anzhong recipe in the treatment of liver and stomach heat type of peptic ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To discuss the clinical efficacy of Qingzhuo Anzhong recipe in the treatment of liver and stomach heat type of peptic ulcer .Methods :74 patients with liver and stomach heat type of peptic ulcer were divided into two groups according to the numerical parity method (37 cases in each group) .The control group was given conventional western medicine (quadruple therapy ) ,and based on this ,the treatment group was treated with Qing-zhuo Anzhong recipe .The treatment effect ,TCM syndrome score changes ,and the clearance and recurrence of HP (Helicobacter pylori) were observed and compared .Results :The TCM syndrome scores before treatment had no difference (P＞0 .05) ,while the difference before and after treatment had significant difference (P＞0 .05) ;TCM syndrome scores after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group ,and the clinical symptoms were significantly improved (P＜0 .05) ;The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group ,with statistical significance (94 .60% vs 81 .08%,P＜0 .05) ;The clearance rate of HP in the treatment group was 97 .30%,which was significantly higher than 83 .78% in the control group .The recurrence rate was 13 .51% in the treatment group ,which was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group (29 .73%) ,with significant difference between the two groups (P＜ 0 .05) .Conclusion :Qingzhuo Anzhong recipe in the treatment of liver and stomach heat type of peptic ulcer improves the TCM syndrome score and HP clearance rate with lower recurrence rate ,which is worthy of applications .关键词
