扶正肝复丸联合恩替卡韦治疗肝脾湿热证慢性乙型肝炎临床研究
Clinical study of Fuzheng Ganfu pills combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with dampness and heat of liver and spleen

Abstract
Objective :to investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Ganfu pill combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with dampness and heat of liver and spleen .Methods :79 patients with chronic hepa-titis B with dampness and heat syndrome of liver and spleen were randomly divided into control group and observa-tion group .The control group was treated with entecavir ,and the observation group took Fuzheng Ganfu pill on the basis of the control group .Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical ef-ficacy .Results :after 16 weeks of treatment ,the total effective rate was 94 .6% in the observation group ,71 .4% in the control group ,(3 .05 ± 6 .16)score in the observation group ,(6 .26 ± 7 .24)score in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) .The recovery rate of liver function in the 8th and 16th week was significantly lower than that in the first treatment group (P＜0 .05) ,and the serological conversion rate of HBV-DNA and the decrease of HBsAg titer in the control group were lower than those in the observation group (P＜0 . 05) .The difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance between the two groups (P＞0 .05) .Conclusion :Fuzheng Ganfu pill is effective in treating chronic viral hepatitis B with dampness and heat of liver and spleen .It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms ,inhibit the progress of the disease ,remove hepatitis B virus and improve the liver function of the patients . Improve the quality of life of patients .关键词
