理气通便汤治疗混合痔术后肠道气滞型便秘临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective :to study the clinical effect of Liqi Tongbian decoction on intestinal qi stagnation consti-pation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids .Methods :81 patients with intestinal qi stagnation constipation were randomly divided into control group and observation group .The symptom scores before and after treatment were ob-served .To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups .Results :the main symptoms such as defecation interval ,stool shape ,defecation effort and abdominal distension were compared between the two groups .The scores of symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0 .05) ,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) .The total effective rate of the observation group was 95 .12% and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82 .5% .The difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) . Both groups of patients were safe and reliable ,no adverse reactions occurred .Conclusion :Liqi Tongbian decoction is effective and safe for patients with constipation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids .关键词
