血府逐瘀汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度及血清T-AOC的影响
Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on nerve conduction velocity and serum T-AOC in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the nerve conduction velocity and total serum antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy .Methods :A total of 141 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table .In the control group ,70 patients were treated with danshen injection combined with acupotomy .71 cases in the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group ,The motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the two groups were observed and compared .The clinical efficacy ,serum T-AOC level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups .Results :After 6 weeks of treatment ,the sensory and motor nerve conduc-tion velocity of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0 .05) .The total effective rate in the observation group was 90 .14%,which was higher than that in the control group 75 .71%(P＜0 .05) .The T-AOC level in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group (P＜0 .05) .The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9 .86% 8 .57% respectively . There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0 .05) .Conclusion :Xuefu Zhuyu decoction adjuvant Danshen injection and acupotome treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy ,the effect is significant and safe ,can improve the nerve conduction velocity and total serum antioxidant capacity .关键词
