摘要
Abstract
Objective :to study the role of Qiwei Baizhu powder and Buyang Huanwu soups treatment of obe-sity type 2 diabetes and the improvement of insulin resistance .Methods :92 cases of obese patients with type 2 diabe-tes clinical data ,were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,46 patients in each group .Control group were treated by conventional foundation treatment ,on the basis of the observation group of patients in the con-trol group treatment using Qiwei Baizhu powder and Buyang Huanwu soups ,compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and resistance to insulin action .Results :the total efficiency of observation group was 89 . 13%,significantly higher than the total effective rate of 67 .39%,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) .Two groups after treatment of FBG ,2 HPG and FINS ,TC ,TG ,ISI ,the IRS improved significantly ,com-pared with before treatment was statistically significant difference (P＜0 .05) ,improve the observation group was obviously better than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ;The observed inci-dence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than in the control group ,and the difference was statistically signif-icant (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion :Qiwei Baizhu powder and Buyang Huanwu soups treatment curative effect is type 2 diabetes and obesity can control the blood sugar level increase insulin sensitivity ,worthy of clinical application .关键词
