摘要
Abstract
Objective :To observe the clinical therapeutic effect in iridocyclitis Chufeng Yisun decoction com-bined with western medicine treatment of damage after cataract surgery .Methods :A retrospective analysis 156 ca-ses of cataract postoperative iridocyclitis in patients with clinical data ,were randomly divided into control group of 78 patients and the observation group ,the control group was treated with western medicine treatment ,the observation group on the basis of western medicine combined with the benefit and loss in addition to the Chufeng Yisun decoction treatment ,3 courses of treatment ,observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared .Results :The observation group total effective rate 96 .15% was significantly higher than the control group total the efficiency of 78 .20%,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ;the observation group average treatment time ,symp-toms subsided time was shorter than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ;the ob-servation group clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that of control group ,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P＜0 .05) ;during the treatment and observation group ,two patients had no serious adverse reac-tions ,no significant difference (P＞0 .05) .Conclusion :The treatment of iridocyclitis with Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms ,promote the regression of inflam-mation ,shorten the treatment time and have good clinical treatment .It is worthy of popularization and application .关键词
