除风益损汤联合西药治疗白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎随机平行对照研究OACSTPCD
Randomized controlled study of iridocyclitis after cataract surgery Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with western medicine
目的:对比观察除风益损汤联合西药治疗白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎的临床治疗效果.方法:回顾分析156例白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组各78例,对照组单纯采用西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上联合除风益损汤治疗,治疗3个疗程后,观察对比两者患者临床疗效和不良反应.结果:观察组治疗总有效率96 .15% 明显高于对照组总有效率78 .20%( P＜0 .05) ;观察组平均治疗时间、症状消退时间明显短于对照组( P＜0 .05 )…查看全部>>
