Effect of acupuncture on anaesthesia effect ,incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and urinary retention in patients undergoing anorectal surgery

Abstract
Objective :To observe the effect of acupuncture on anaesthesia ,incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and urinary retention in patients undergoing anorectal surgery .Methods :70 patients undergoing elective anorectal surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group ,35 cases in each group .The patients in the control group were treated with low lumbar anesthesia ,and the patients in the treatment group were anaesthetized with acupuncture .The effect of operation anesthesia ,the incidence of postoperative ADR and the reten-tion of urine were compared between the two groups .Results :the time of induction of anesthesia and the time of an-algesia in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜ 0 .05) ,and the patients (88 .6%) reaching first and two levels (88 .6%) were significantly higher than the control group (71 .4%) (P＜ 0 . 05) ,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions (nausea ,sweating ,anorectal fall feeling ) and urinary reten-tion in the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group .(P＜0 .05) ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion :acupuncture anesthesia can significantly improve the anesthetic effect of anorectal surgery , reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and urinary retention ,and it is safe and effective .It is worthy of clinical recommendation .关键词
