Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of press-needle therapy on postoperative pains in the patients with replantation of severed finger. Methods From January to October 2016,a total of 258 patients with replantation of severed finger in Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province were chosen. The patients hospitalized from January to May 2016 were enrolled in the control group (n＝129)and the ones hospitalized from June to October were enrolled in the observation group (n＝129). The control group was treated with drug analgesia. The observation group was treated with additional press-needle therapy. The clinical outcomes were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower score of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)and incidence of adverse reactions,less vascular crisis and use of remedial drugs (P＜0.05). The average daily sleeping time in one week was longer and the survival rate was higher in the observation group (P＜0.05 ). Conclusion Press-needle therapy could significantly alleviate the pains after replantation of severed finger and reduce the adverse reactions of analgesics,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of vascular crisis and improve the survival rate.关键词
