益气养阴法联合TACE治疗中晚期肝癌患者的疗效观察OACHSSCDCSTPCD
Efficacy Observation on Replenishing Qi and Nourishing Yin Method Combined with Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization in the Treatment of Middle and Late Stage Liver Cancer
目的:探讨益气养阴法联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗中晚期肝癌患者的临床疗效.方法:选取2013年3月至2016年3月在河北北方学院附属第一医院介入科收治的中晚期肝癌患者92例.按照随机表法,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例.对照组给予TACE治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合益气养阴法.治疗两周后,观察2组患者临床疗效、生命质量、肝功能指标和血常规以及不良反应的发生率.结果:观察组有效率(89.13%)明显大于对照组有效率(76.09…查看全部>>
