施氮和冬种绿肥对稻田土壤重金属含量、微生物数量及酶活性的影响
Effects of nitrogen application and winter green manure on soil heavy metal content, soil microorganism and enzyme activities in paddy field

Abstract
In order to investigate the response mechanism of heavy metal content (Pb, Cr, Cd, As)in nitrogen fertilizer and winter green manure, the 4 (the amount of milk vetch plowed was set at four levels, 0, 30%, 60% and 100%)× 4 (nitrogen fertilizer application rate was set at four levels, 0, 30%, 60% and 100% of conventional N fertilizer application rates) two-factor experiment was set to study effects of different rates of nitrogen application and winter green manure on soil heavy metal content, and explore correlation coefficient of heavy metal elements with the properties of soil, and comprehensive evaluation of environmental quality in paddy field. The results indicated that soil Cd contents from M0N0, M0N1, M0N2, M0N3, M3N3and M1N0were higher than the national soil environmental quality standard (0.25 mg·kg-1). M0N2 reached the maximum, it was 2.53 times to the background value, and M1N3was the lowest one. Soil Hg contents in all treatments were higher than the national soil environmental quality standard (0.20 mg·kg-1). M0N1reached the maximum, it was 6.49 times to the background value, and M2N3was the lowest content. The correlation between soil nutrients, soil microorganism, enzyme activities and heavy metal content indicated that Pb and activities of catalase, urease, invertase were positively correlated, and it was significantly correlated with urease. Cr and activities of catalase, urease, invertase also positively correlated, but the correlation was not significant. However, Cd, As, Hg and activities of catalase, urease, invertase actually were negatively related, and the correlation was not significant. Therefore, the nitrogen application and winter green manure were beneficial to reduce the heavy metal pollution in the soil. However, it should notice that the rational amount of green manure and nitrogen fertilizer. In the present study, the 30% milk vetch plus 100% N application and the 60% milk vetch plus 100% N application were better.关键词
