掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端Die-punch骨折的疗效分析
Analysis of therapeutic effect of palmar locking plate in patients with distal radial Die-punch fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of palmar locking plate in patients with distal radial Die-punch fracture. Methods 22 cases of distal radial Die-punch fracture were treated with palmar locking plate from Jun 2014 to Jun 2015, the wrist joint function and radiographic inspection were followed-up and evaluated. Results All cases were followed-up for 12 ～ 15 (Average, 13) months. All cases got fracture union without internal fixation loosening. Gartland-Werley Score: excellent in 8, good in 12, fair in 2, and poor in 0. Conclusion The distal radial Die-punch fracture can be treated with locking plate via the volar approach satisfied.关键词
