Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of hip fractures. Methods From Jun 2016 to Jul 2017, our hospital accepted sixty-six cases of hip fractures. Grouping with AO classification. Among them, fifty-six cases were underwent surgical treatment and ten cases were without surgery. Among operation group, there were twenty-seven cases and twenty-eight hips of intertrochanteric fractures. One case was operated of proximal femoral anatomic locking plate. One case was operated of total hip replacement. The other twenty-five cases and twenty-six hips were operated of PFNA fixation. The other group, there were twenty-nine cases of femoral neck fractures. There were operated eight cases of compression screws, eighteen cases of half hip replacement, and three cases of total hip replacement. The Harris score was compared. Results In fifty-six operation cases, one case of femoral neck fracture was failed fixation but no reoperation. The other operation patients restored hip joint function. The Harris score increased from (39. 43±5. 06) before operation to (84. 54±10. 35) after operation, P<0. 01, there was significant statistical difference. Among the ten patients hip fractures without operation, two cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated conservatively and the bone union in follow-up. Four cases were recommended in surgery treatments but refused. There two cases were died within six months without surgery and the other two cases were wheelchair based. For four cases not being recommended to operation, there were three deaths within half a year and one case still living in bed or wheelchair. Conclusion Active surgical treatments for hip fractures were important for restoring functions and survival in hip fractures patients.关键词
