摘要

Abstract

In recent years, significant progress has been achieved in the construction of artificial bone with the development of material science. Nano-hydroxyapatite have been widely used to construct the artificial bone for its favourable osteoconductivity, osteo-inductivity and biocompatibility; while the poor toughness and low strength and degradation rate restrict its practical application.It is a hotspot to stimulate the normal bone structure or give special properties to the Nanohydroxyapatite-based artificial bone by multiphase complex. Research progress on Nano-hydroxyapatite scaffold materials and composite artificial bone material with special properties have been summarized in this article.
