社区高龄老人用药安全照护需求状况及其影响因素
Demand status quo and influencing factors of medication for elderly people in community
摘要
Abstract
To understand the demand condition for medication safety care of elderly people.The correlation among the de‐gree of frailty,the support system and the medication safety care demand was analyzed.Methods:Elderly people aged 75 and over from 10 community health service centers in Tangshan city were randomly selected to evaluate the frailty and safety behaviors of the elderly.Results:Among the 3 448 elderly,there were 2 534 long-term drug users,accounting for 73.5％,39.3％were taking 3 or more drugs a day,49.8％of those had high demand for medication safety care.Multivariate analysis showed that education level,frailty degree,activities of daily living,reading,social support and communication with children were the influencing factors of the eld‐erly's medication safety care needs.Conclusions:The drug safety care for the elders and social and family support should be strength‐ened and the elderly should be encouraged to acquire relevant knowledge through various channels,so as to enhance medication safety behaviors.关键词
